Our summer housing facilities in San Francisco offer the convenience and comfort necessary for an easy transition into living in the big city. Participants will never feel alone in the big city, as they will reside among hundreds of other participants who together will take advantage of all that our program and city have to offer. The San Francisco Program provides a great housing option for its program participants at the University of San Francisco. Complete with all the necessary amenities of a college student, and within close proximity to city life. The housing provides for an enclosed environment to meet other participants and develop lasting friendships.

Housing for the San Francisco program will be hosted by the University of San Francisco. The housing facility is located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by one of the most exciting cities in the world. It is situated on a 55-acre hilltop refuge with views of the majestic Pacific Ocean, beautiful San Francisco Bay and the dramatic downtown skyline. In addition, campus is just a short walk from Golden Gate Park, the world's largest man-made park, and a short ride from downtown and the world-famous San Francisco Chinatown.

There's a good reason San Francisco is a major tourist destination. Take in spectacular views from the city’s beautiful hills, explore the bustle of Chinatown, sightsee from a cable car and even walk across the Golden Gate Bridge. San Francisco is also a great place to enjoy live music, outdoor activities and eclectic architecture.

Meals

San Francisco participants will be given a meal card to use.

Transportation

Our San Francisco participants will receive a Metro Card to get to and from work each day, as well as transportation throughout the 8 weeks of the program for activities sponsored by Dream Careers.

*Not included in the program is: Transportation to and from the program.

24/7 Onsite Staff Assistance

On-site staff is dedicated to delivering a high-quality experience to enable both your professional and personal growth. Staff members will serve as your program guides, leading you to program events as you become accustomed to the city. They will be available at all times to ensure your summer in the city is as safe as possible.
